I like it, it felt very premium for the price. The room is large and all the amenities are working (except the tv-- poor signal, but i didn't need it) The staff are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a small selection but good.

Nothing much on service except for FO was helpful allowing us to leave our luggage the whole day. Bfast is overpriced for additional pax with limited choices. I would suggest if they will allow to have hot milk to be served on request as they did not allow it when I request.

Overall a good experience in Rosvenil hotel, worth it na for its price. In Klook app it was stated that breakfast was not included. But to my amaze, the receptionist told me during check in that breakfast was already included and good for 2 persons. Asked for it again just be sure in the morning and they gave me a breakfast stub indeed. Amazing! It was a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Another thing, they cleaned the room diligently and refill all the shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Clean sheets and clean towels for our second day. I can say that our stay in the hotel was super worth it. The only hiccup was the parking area, they did have a parking area but all the cars was congested inside and it was so hard to get out without bumping or informing the car owner in front. It took us 1 hour to wait for the car in front of us to get out. But again, the stay in the hotel was still fabulous and worth it.
