Hotel’s location is great for people who wants to be near on everything. Burnham and Session Road were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were kind enough as well to accomodate me and let me leave my baggages before check-in and after check-out. The hotel room was clean and spacious for solo travellers like me, with a great view of the City Hall across. However, what put me off is the lack of bidet inside the toilet and for some reason the hot water runs in faucet at night and runs in the shower in the morning. But my overall experience with the hotel was great!

The location is very accessible. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room and comfort room is clean. However, No bidet in the comfort room, also their is a leak in the flush and faucet. Leaving the sink area and the floor wet. Overall the stay is good and my kids had fun. Thank you!

I love the location. It's near Burnham Park, and we are within walking distance to the Iligan Cafe and other tourist spots. We love the view outside as we saw Burnham Park directly. The only issue is that they only provide one key card, and access to the elevator requires a key card. The elevator is also small, and there is a parking fee which should be included.

transport access: 10/10 near to all famous tourist spot and cheap if via taxi cleanliness: 8/10 clean and smells good

everything was great only downside or unfortunate circumstance is that I called days in advance to get the room with the roadview but when we got there it was not allocated to us. was a little disappointed that they kindda want to overturn and say that I didnt requested it suspected I didnt disclose it in their viber but I showed proof that I did but overall the hotel was great staff is great it is not really a big deal but could have made the stay much better

no bidet. soundproofing is not that good. cr doesn't have lock which is inconvenient if you have a hyper toddler that can easily push the glass door. cr also has weak exhaust.

Great spot near Burnham park, market, good taste resto, and foam coffee but thin walls, no bidet, hair dryer, or room phone. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Strategically located and near to almost everything since the location is just across the City Hall. Good value for money with all the basic amenities provided and very professional Staff in dealing with their guests.
