Nice location and great staff. However the room has no ref which is quite different from other hotels or inns and the ac is not strong enough to cool the room. But one key plus on their part is they have a rooftop bar where you can watch fireworks for 2 different times.

their staff manage to help us well even though we had a languange barier. they also considerate about our food since we are muslim they suggested and tell us what we can eat and not. we communicate by WhatsApp and they are fast response when we need help. the hotel got rooftop bar and we do enjoy seeing fireworks there everynight, the hotel also very near with the famous photo spot so you can wakeup early to take photo. hope i can went there again.

This is the best hotel that i could ever ask for! The staff are really friendly and helpful! as a malaysian, they help to choose halal food for you! The room services is really good and the room itself is really clean! They provide Free Sunworld Hon Tham tickets too, recommended!
