i stayed for one night and i find the experience to be pleasurable. staffs are nice, the room and facilities are neat. the only thing i can nitpick is the wifi is not that fast.

A great experience so far! Location is strategic and walkable near the ATM and restaurants. Food is very good, everyday they will change the menu. Swimming pool is quite big, at the rooftop, but watch out if raining coz it's not indoor. Room is clean and everything works fine, suits with the price, just the room view is quite saddening XD. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Will repeat if I come to Cebu again someday.

Lex Hotel is a outstanding hotel but has some minor maintenance issues that prevent me from giving five stars. Other then that, the staff is extremely friendly and the room was comfortable. The shining gem the hotel is definitely the breakfast restaurant. Everything there is clean organized and staff is friendly. I wish the Lex would fix following maintenance issues as it takes away from the quality the Lex could offer. I have stayed twice and the problems were in both rooms. First the LED light in the elevator is out and gets kinda dark when the doors close. Second most of the tables in the restaurant have this annoying wobble, some quiet bad… this is a screw adjustment; it cost nothing to fix. Third, IDK why, but the toilet paper holders are all lose and fall off… why? another screw to fix. Fourth, all the outlets in the room are worn out and loose. potentially causing electrical fire because they arc.. It’s difficult to charge anything in because it falls out. PLEASE FIX THIS!
