​The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it is very close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. There is a small supermarket right downstairs, which was incredibly convenient for quick pickups. ​Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. ​Bottom line: It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended for families

The aparthotel is in a good location where it’s in Shinjuku but away from noise. The hotel is self check in/out and the process was easy & quick. The closest station (Higashi Shinjuku) is a few mins walk and has an elevator that is helpful for us travelling with strollers. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance (McDonalds, Indian, Japanese) and there is a good sized Family Mart right next to the hotel. The room itself is spacious and splits off into three rooms from the entryway (toilet, laundry-bathroom, kitchen-living-bed). Everything we need for our stay is provided in the room (detergent, dishsoap, trashbags, toilet paper) and though there is no room service, there are cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner in the room that we can use. Everything is clearly labelled in the room so we can easily find things, including the remote controllers and the water heater for the bath. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and there is enough for our kids to move around freely.
