I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. All receptionists were very polite and very helpful. It's a simple decent hotel but location is close to the port and behind Robinsons which makes it very convenient. Price is very reasonable if you are just in and out of Dumaguete City.

it’s a good budget hotel especially during those times when they’re newly opened. Although I would still go back there in the future, I think they will have to repair/maintain properly the rainshower heads and maybe install a permanent countertop to adequately accommodate gadgets and carry bags of guests.

service: Telephone is not working in my room, went to the front desk and got told maintenance was out already. so I just didn't follow up on it again. Rooms are not sound proofs, totally can hear other guest sounds which is disturbing 😅 Limited toiletries: Just Soaps and shampoo. Wish they can provide menu for the nearby restaurant inside every room, for easier choices and no need to visit personally to the restaurant which I would really prefer for convenience. Aircon was placed somewhere where you can't totally feel the coolness, above left side and can only feel it when you're standing across it. above all still satisfied.
