Below averageSolo stay
There were ants from the reception desk to the furniture in the room and then eventually in my bed. The staff offered a room change eventually but it was a nightmare given the lack of a lift. The nearby beach is disgustingly dirty and polluted with many longtail boats. Lots of jellyfish too.

GreatStayed with friends
Hotel in a good location for us and we liked the pool. As others have said the staff were a little absent but housekeeping was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Good Room was in good condition. I mentioned there was an issue with the bathroom light twice to the staff and no one came to check on it.
