We had a very good stay. The staff are very commendable, they are all very accomodating and greets you all the time with a smile. They are always ready to help and accomodate the guests. The resort is very peaceful and serene with a good and clean rooms. Breakfast served is generous and it's good that they serve it to you. The food in Tio Berto's is very good! All in all the experience was good.

I recently had an overnight staycation at Hiraya, & it was exactly the peaceful reset I needed. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm & refreshing, surrounded by lush greenery and clean, open spaces. The staff were warm and accommodating, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Our room was neat, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air felt fresh the entire time. I loved waking up to the relaxing view of nature instead of city noise. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for both daytime swimming and a quiet night dip under the soft lights. What truly stood out was the overall ambiance—serene, private, & ideal for families or couples who just want to unwind. It’s a great place to disconnect from busy schedules & reconnect with loved ones. Even though it was just an overnight stay, it felt like a mini vacation. I’d definitely recommend Hiraya Wellness Resort & Ecopark for anyone looking for a refreshing & affordable escape close to nature.

place is nice. rooms are very spacious. amenities are of quality. french press coffee in room is a great variation vs 3in1 👏 the only concern are staff training. YES - 5start on friendliness BUT …. they lack attention to detail. example, they dont buss out tables regularly. they watch the event instead of doing their jobs proper. we requested 5x from wait staff to clear the cocktail plates off the table to no avail. it was only when we spoke to the supervisor or manager that it was finally acted on. they need training. good luck and wishing you success!

Homey, spacious and good service.

Even though it’s non-peak and rainy season, you can still enjoy all the amenities and vibe of the place. Staffs are accommodating and always welcome us with a smile. Tio Berto’s foods are all good and worthy of your penny. We are aslo greeted by the owner(we knew coz he looks like from the guy in the pizza box). We’ll be back if given another chance! thanks

The place was great, the staff were very hospitable, food was okay and we definitely enjoyed our stay. However, it would be great if there are anti-mosquito plants along the area considering the place is an ecopark.

This resort was so big that even though they were fully booked during the long weekend, it still felt intimate and relaxing. The staff is the true gem of this resort. They deserve all the credit since they’ll make you feel like you’re staying at a 5-star hotel.
