A bit far from the Ueno Station subway, close to JR station. This looks closer to Ueno park but may take 15min or more walk. Facility is a bit old and we are not expecting it from a hotel with such price. They will not clean the room in your entire stay and we stayed for 4 nights. Bottled water will only be free for first day.

Pros is the room was clean and comfortable and on a not so crowded area where you enjoy peace & silence. Cons, it's a bit far from the train stations. You'll have to walk 12-16 mins from the nearest stations.

staffs here are all very helpful and polite. they really helped us in our big luggages. breakfast was good but be sure to go there and follow their timelines.

this was definitely a value for your money. it was the cheapest place we found during our time in Japan and the room was definitely small … if you have suitcases, good luck! but the staff was lovely, it was clean and the best part of every stay in Japan was the toilets. they are amazing.

Room is clean and nice. There’s a Lawson store across the hotel which is good in case you wanna buy something. The only cons for me is the location, it usually takes us 10-15 mins walk from the station to the hotel. Not ideal if you roam around Tokyo via subway/metro, you wont be able to walk. 😅Overall, good.
