The location is very good. Hotel is considered nice too at this rate. But some maintenance is needed for the room. Booked 2 x junior suite rooms. The one at 4th floor some lighting are not working and basin stopper came out from it's position. please take care of the facilities in the rooms. otherwise it will perfect stay.

Room is decent , spacious ,cleanliness ok. But the bath room needs some make over. There are standing shower n bathtub. Breakfast served 630-1000.

Great location, easy to kim yong market and near Lee garden.

Stayed 5 nights. Pros 1) Excellent location diagonally opposite Kim Yong market 2) Walking distance to Lee Gardens Plaza and surrounding street markets 3) Street stalls right outside hotel entrance 4) Huge and clean room. Toilet is big and clean. 5) Have working USB ports in all room sockets. Saves trouble of bringing adaptor. 6) Multiple sockets on both sides of bed, very convenient for charging phones etc 7) Good breakfast variety 8) Mineral water provided every day. 9) Friendly front office staff. Cons 1) Toilet rolls are not compact, so finish fast and they do not leave extra roll in toilet. Have to keep leaving note everyday to ask them to leave extra toilet roll. No note, no extra roll. 2) One young male waiter in the Cateferia is pretty rude. Always in hurry to clear crockery in a rude manner without asking even if there's still food and drinks in them. 3) Aircon is hopeless despite technician coming to service and clean. Had to ask for standing fan, which they gladly obliged Overall positive experience, will definitely book again.

Hotel is a bit older and perhaps the facilities have seen better days. That said the place was generally clean and in good working order. The staff are terrific and deserve commendation. Best part for our visit to Hat Yai was the central downtown location.

The location is great and the room is acceptable. Breakfast food selection is limited

big room which worth with the price. always is the first choice during travel to Hatyai. parking also available.

Strategic location. Every attraction are within walking distance. Kimyong Market, Lee Garden, 7e, Hatyai Junction Tren Station.
