The hotel is great. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Amie were hands on to check up on us and how we were doing during our stay. They have good recommendations around the area if you're looking for specific food or activities. Their facilities and ammenities are also great, this includes the shuttle to old town, the beach, and other activities like music or tea in the hotel itself. Having a packed itinerary and coming back to a sauna, pool, buffet, friendly hard-working staff, and a gorgeous room certainly has its perks.

amazing villa. we stayed at the attic ( Mass 4 ), and it was lovely. Room was clean. spacious and quiet. managed to see the sunrise and it was serene and majestic! the receptionists were very demure and mindful . love this place so much!! highly recommended!

The room is spacious for 3 persons. The view of our room is the swimming pool. The AC is cold, strong water connection, with hot and cold both in the shower and faucet inside the bathroom. The bathroom has a bidet and toiletries as well as hair blower. The room is cleaned everyday and towels are replaced everyday as well. Excellent breakfast with delicious options of pastries, soup, salad, porridge, fruits, asian, american, yogurt, coffee/tea/fresh milk located at Anio Boutique Hotel (beside sincerity hotel). Outstanding customer service. Upon booking I was messaged immediately if I would want to avail an airport transfer. A day before checking out I was also asked if would want to avail of transpo transfer to my next destination (both at reasonable price since your paying for convenience). This is really convenient considering we will be arriving at Da Nang airport at night. Staff speaks good english and everyone just greets us with a smile. They also offer free shuttle going to Old Town and An Bang Beach and going back to the hotel at different schedule.
