the staff are not very friendly since they cannot understand english very well. However, Suni, was the best employee we encountered as she did her best to help us and she was very attentive and friendly. true heartist employee overall. ☺️we were just seeking help to get our wow pass (silver and gold) yet no one else tries to help us as they cannot understand, they won’t even try to help.

We had a great time staying here. The room is relaxing and spacious. The staffs are kind and accomodating, thanks to Ms. Yen, Ms. Ny, Ms. Nu and the housekeeper. 🥰 i really recommend this place to all tourist. A budget friendly hotel. 👍👌

This hotel is really nice. The location is good, near to all the places like the Golden Dragon Bridge, the market, and some shops around it. The room was really clean and spacious.
