This was our second time staying at Bai Hotel, and once again it was a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm, professional, and very accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything we needed. Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout our stay. Bai Hotel continues to exceed our expectations, and we’ll definitely keep coming back whenever we’re in Cebu. Highly recommended! 💛

The staff is kind, they allowed us to have early breakfast even though we hadn't checked in yet, because of our tour immediately upon arriving in Cebu. Their breakfast is also delicious, good location with a mall across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, also close to the pier if going to Bohol after Cebu.

The hotel is located on the main street of the bustling city center, and a smaller version of the SM shopping mall is right next door in the same building, so basically all kinds of daily necessities are available around the hotel. The reception desk is on the right side of the elevator on the 6th floor of the building, and the dining area is on the left. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and the meals are simple but sufficient. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, and kind, and the environment is clean and quiet. It is a convenient and very good place to stay for a few days in Cebu City. The rooms and bathrooms may be slightly small, and there are internet TVs with multiple Chinese channels. The hotel itself offers a free, scheduled airport pick-up and drop-off service. If you need to use the service, please inform them of the specific dates and times as soon as possible upon check-in to avoid delays due to the number of people. The journey to the airport takes about 20-35 minutes depending on traffic conditions. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was the second time we went here and it is a really nice place to spend birthdays or any celebrations. With lots of pools and slides for kids. we will definitely come back❤️

First time staying at Kojo Hotel and it did not disappoint me! The room was nice and comfortable, and the food was really great. I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

unfortunately we were not able to experience the waterpark coz its close. please add a note next time about the waterpark schedules because we assumed that booking the hotel will give us access to the waterpark anytime

It was a short term but it gives our family a comfort to stay. From the doorman to frontdesk to kitchen to housekeeping, whatever we ask for, they make sure they accomodate us. Love the place and staff. I will recommend this to anyone for sure. Thank you, Leope!!!!
