They allowed us for early check in at 12:45pm. The lobby is okay and I like that they have luggage storage services (when you arrived earlier than your check in time) There is no comfort room inside the lobby, you have to go out of the hotel. The rooms are okay, it was clean. the airconditioner is cold. the wifi is fast. and the breakfast was buffet. we did not have time to try the pool but they say we can swim at their sister hotel BOSS during that time bc their pool is under renovation

We had a great stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen Dec 2025. The hotel is very near to NSM, Fort Canning Tunnel, Bugis St, Bugis Junction, 711, cheers, fair price express,Bencoolen MRT besides the hotel, few steps to bus stop and for eats the nearest is Lazada One. Great right? Top it off with clean rooms with bidette, everyday cleaning, no problem with shower, cute lobby, and very friendly and thoughtful staff, thanks for the gift on my birthday. The room i stayed in is a twin room, enough space to move. Yes, the hotel is highly recommended!

the location of the resort is exclusive from the neighborhood community and the business district. it is strategically located inside a wildlife surrounded by trees. the hotel is very beautiful and the interior of the room is really well thought of. from the front desk to the door of the room, to the very detail in the design and choice of material used, all are recycled and quality design. staff are very fast and polite. we arrive in the hotel assisted right away by a smile and a guy with a gentle voice assisted us with the luggauges.

I only stayed for one day at their hotel, and I can say that they have nice staff, a building, and an elevator. The room is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Also, I am very thankful because they let me leave my luggage in their lobby even after I checked out.
