We loved our stay as the staff clean our room without prompting them. The food selections are great and cater to everyone's palate. The only downside is the loud traffic noise at night and the terrible traffic flow when you go out or come back to the hotel. My son loved the ginger scent in the lobby and the cute Christmas decors they put up for the guests. Overall, our stay is satisfactory.

wow, I am very pleasant with that staff for choosing this nice room for me.. I love this room.. bed is comfortable and can viewing swimming pool.. hehe..
for bathroom, wow best and clean too..
I recommend this hotel to my friends who want to go Medan.. this hotel is best.. it's quite near shopping mall and easily to find.. 😊🙏
