When will my reservation be confirmed?

KLOOK has two ways to confirm your reservation:

IMMEDIATE BOOKING *The reservation will be confirmed as soon as the reservation process is completed. A voucher (exchange ticket/reservation confirmation) will be issued immediately after the reservation process is completed (it may take about 5 minutes due to system issues).

Request reservation

• After the reservation process is completed, the reservation request will be sent to the rental car company, and the reservation will be confirmed after confirming the availability of the reservation with the rental car company. The time from completion of reservation processing to confirmation is within 24 to 48 hours (reservation confirmation time varies depending on the plan. You can check on the product page).
• In some cases, reservations may not be possible. In that case, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
