Pandu was an absolutely fantastic guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. He also took some amazing photos for us, which was such a great bonus. We would highly recommend him to anyone! Without a doubt, we would do it all over again. Definitely worth the money!

The trip was well organized. Driver - guide Man is very helpful. He goes the extra mile in providing quality service. Needs improvement in terms of being specific for free hotel pick up in klook platform. In our case there is discrepancy. We were informed that we have to go to a meeting point days before the trip despite initial hotel pick up is within scope. The rest went very well.

Had a great day exploring Ubud! The whole trip was well organized and the experience was really fun. The scenery was beautiful, and our guide was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the day. Everything went smoothly and the transportation was convenient as well. Definitely a great way to experience Ubud in one day. Highly recommended!

This was such a good tour. We even got a coffee/tea tastning for free. We had the best guide named Gede, he was so patient and did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible! Would highligly recommend this tour if you like active activity. the food was also really good for lunch. We moved acording to pur tempo so No rush at all.

Had a wonderful time watching the morning sunrise and then going to the Batur Hot Springs and the Akasa Cafe. Arya was our driver who picked us up right on time and then our jeep driver Jero Merta took us to the sunrise spot. He found a beautiful spot for us to look at the sunrise and clicked some great pictures of us. We visited the Batur hot springs after that which was very refeshing and had a delightful brunch and coffee at Akasa cafe and Arya clicked wonderful, professional photos and reels for us and complied with our requests. Overall wonderfully arranged by Klook and I highly recommend recommend them for your visit to Mt Batur.

it was a fun day. our driver and guide Tesa did a fantastic job. He is an excellent driver with great skills on the worst road possible. All the 4 island we visited was worthwhile and we forgot the potholes that we had to drive on!!

we travel around the island with kadek artika, who is a fantastic driver and kind well-knowledgeable tour! How amazing it is to visit the valley and the snorkeling 💕 We’re sooo lucky to see the mantas and enjoying the underwater views as well . Overall, i strongly recommend this activity for all of the visitors here🙏

We came for our honeymoon and did the Ubud tour today! With Rai~ Thank you for arriving early this morning! And he was so kind as a tour guide and drove very well! The itinerary was also substantial and great!! Highly recommend!!!!! Even though I'm not good at English, he communicated kindly and it was wonderful!!!! Guys, you should definitely wear the Bali Swing dress!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. He's also a fantastic photographer who knows how to capture great shots. Overall, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
