It's a little hard to find. You wait for the car in front of a hotel. Although it's called airport pickup and drop-off, I feel like the service from the airport is more like a fixed-schedule bus, while the service from the hotel feels more like a true airport transfer. But the customer service is very good, and they reply to emails quickly.
