Nicky was great. At some point I felt bad of how much she had to manage and talk us through when sharing all the information. And her ability to swap between languages was amazing. So nice and so funny. We saw a lot throughout the day but Nicky kept us energized!

overall nice experience, though the massage therapist this time was not as good as before. The complimentary pickup was a nice touch.

It's cheap and fast to take a boat from The Mall 3, near the pier. There's also bus EV113, stop name The Mall Ramkhamhaeng. Across from the hotel, there's a supermarket open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (the shopping center directly across is under renovation, only the supermarket remains). The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel pool is clean, shaded, and very comfortable. From the higher floors, you can see yachts speeding by on the dirty river. A 10-minute walk away is Big C shopping mall. It's just one boat stop from the ARL Airport Link, or three bus stops. Taking the bus requires crossing a pedestrian bridge with no elevator, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. The view is decent, and you can watch the sunset (stayed in room 1207 for 3 days). I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Thailand.

Great tour in Ayutthaya. Our tour guide Nicky stayed funny, energetic, and engaging the whole time. She explained the history in a clear and interesting way. Her kindness and sincerity stood out. She helped with photos, shared useful tips, and kept the group comfortable. The experience felt smooth, fun, and memorable. Highly recommend her tour.
