The boat ride is very interesting, we learnt a lot of places and its history from it. It was a very different experience when you are in the boat as compared to walking.

Seeing the Grand Canal was just for a moment, but I was moved. I recommend going on a gondola early in the morning. It gets congested during the day. I was worried traveling alone, but the reception staff were friendly and guided me to the boarding point with care.

The interior of the Doge's Palace is magnificent and grand, with a dazzling array of exhibits. The connected prison area is also very large. Walking across the Bridge of Sighs was a unique experience.

No need to exchange for another ticket. Head over around the indicated time, open the QR code for the staff to scan, and go through the simple security check.

Easy to purchase, smooth itinerary arrangements. The tour leader was informative and proactively helped group members solve problems. The only downside was the meeting point was a bit far and difficult to find. Overall: a good review!
