The tour guide was excellent, funny and humorous, and knew how to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. They provided detailed introductions to the attractions and fun places at each location. The steam train is a must-ride; it really brings back the feeling of the old days. I'm not sure why there was a mandatory 5 AUD tip, though. At the end of the tour, they also recommended some great places to eat in Melbourne city.

Our guide, Curtis, was very responsible and consistently provided information about nearby attractions and itinerary details throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-planned, with sufficient time allocated for each attraction. The small train ride was a unique experience, and the penguin parade was very entertaining. Watching the penguins come ashore in groups and waddle over was truly adorable.
