Good hotel, clean, okay. The room smells good. The room amenities are very good. Good service from staff. Varied breakfast. Overall, my first time here and I'm impressed.

Special reminder: Absolutely do NOT use the hotel towels to dry yourself after using a Lush bath bomb, or you'll have to pay for the staining!

The hotel has facilities including a bathtub, fitness center, sauna, small swimming pool, and breakfast. The hotel is divided into two zones. They provide Singha drinking water, but Mama has to pay for it 😍.

The hotel is relatively new and not bad. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from the bustling area. It takes more than fifteen minutes to get a ride.

staff - hope the receptionist can also understant english. so hard to communicate to them. cleanliness: they only clean our room once we stayed 5 days and 4 nights. breakfast: 10/10

Reception staff: Smiling, great service, quickly managing queues, offering delicious and clean snacks and drinks, really like it. Check-in staff is quick and specifies the desired room corner. The room is very clean, beautiful view on the 27th floor, awesome! The swimming pool is good with artificial waves. Lots of safety personnel, no worries. Used the shuttle van service. The elderly gentleman is strong, lovely, polite, and speaks English too. Staying here often. Great service as always.
