Please arrive at the center 30 minutes early. Snow boots, crampons, beanies, rain pants, and thermal wear will be provided. The staff mentioned that the weather in the town is unpredictable, and weather forecasts are often inaccurate. If the weather is unfavorable at the time of assembly, the tour will be canceled on the spot. Of course, it is also possible that the weather is excellent at the time of assembly, and the tour can proceed. Usually, the weather is more stable in the morning. After assembly, there will be an explanation and fitting of equipment, followed by a roughly 10-minute minibus ride to the helicopter launch point. Flying onto the glacier is so much fun! The whole trip was very enjoyable! A must-do in this lifetime!

Planning our RV trip on the go was super convenient with Klook. It was my first time in a helicopter, and the glacier was breathtaking. The instructor was very professional throughout the whole experience. A must-do trip!

The weather in New Zealand changes rapidly. Our Mount Cook booking was canceled, so we quickly rebooked for Fox Glacier, thankfully we managed to get on! The instructors were very chatty, it's just a shame that the ice cave wasn't accessible that day, so we could only take pictures outside. However, the overall experience was very fresh and fun. Also, I recommend bringing a thermos to take some water back with you, the water from the snow mountain is very sweet and delicious😆 You can also bring jam to eat with the ice 😆

We were so lucky to have good weather for our glacier hike! Our guide, Billy, was incredibly enthusiastic and explained everything meticulously. The staff at the service center were also very welcoming and passionate. If you have the chance to go up the mountain, it's definitely a worthwhile experience.
