Reviews of hotels near Little Italy

The hotel was quiet despite being right next to the highway. The free shuttle service to the Old Town was a nice touch. However, when I called for a shuttle back to the hotel after returning my rental car at the airport, I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. In reality, I had to call twice, and another gentleman also called twice, resulting in a total wait of one hour. This was not a good experience.
