This trip to Mount Kinabalu in Malaysia was really great! Special thanks to Director Wan for his full companionship and professional explanation, which made our journey full of fun and rewarding. Director Wan is very professional. He knows the plants and ecology of Mount Kinabalu like the back of his hand. He took us to know many unique plant species. Every detail was explained vividly and interestingly, so that we not only exercised our bodies during the hike, but also learned a lot of knowledge. His meticulousness and patience also made us feel warm. Whether it was the itinerary arrangement or safety issues, he was very thoughtful, so that we had no worries throughout the trip. The experience during the trip was also super rich! Enjoying fish therapy in the clear stream and watching 30-pound big fish fighting for fish food at your feet was a novel and interesting experience; visiting the local dairy farm, getting close to the cute little cows, and tasting fresh and rich milk and ice cream, the taste was pure and memorable; it was the first time I saw the blooming Rafflesia in reality, and there was a row of four Rafflesia babies, which was impressive. Overall, this was a fulfilling, enjoyable and unforgettable trip, and Director Wan's attentive service made the whole team very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to come to Malaysia again, I must find Director Wan to lead the team! **Highly recommended! ** 🌿🚶♂️🐄🍦

I booked this trip one day before the departure date through Klook apps. Once booking done, we were informed through WhatsApp what to do and bring for the next day. The tour agent also sent information on vehicle plat number and driver name to us. On the next day, the driver pickup us from our hotel in Shangri la Resort Tanjung Aru. We were told by the driver, Johnson, that this trip took total 4 hours to and fro. (300km). 1st stop we took some picture at view point. It depends on the weather whether you can see the mountain or not. 2nd destination we were dropped at the Desa Dairy Farm. The trip included each one with 1 original fresh milk 250ml. Do try out the fresh youghurt , its yummy. 3rd we stopped by to fish feeding. 4th station we are brought to see Rafflesia , the world largest flower in Asia which tooks 9 months to develope and it has only 7 days once blomming. Do rmbr to bring enough cash in Ringgit Malaysia (entrance fee Rm30)to see Rafflesia and also enough bottle water as they do not provide water throughout the trip. After that we were brought for lunch. if you do not want to enter the hotspring, you may rest at the dining place. The last station we tried out the bbq roasted pork that tasted fantastic with a glass of teh tarik. Overall, its an well organised tour that worth the pay.

It was a pity that I couldn't see the peak of Mt. Kinabalu properly because it was a cloudy day, but even so, the mountain covered in clouds was delicious. I also enjoyed the yogurt ice cream at Desa Ranch, and although I didn't expect much, the experience of walking on the canopy was so much fun. And there was even a free hot spring foot bath at the end... I enjoyed the day tour for its cost-effectiveness!

20th June 2025, family and I having this trip, overall is enjoyable especially having tour guide Jeff who is a biophilic person. We are the only group thus able to go with our own pace. The weather was bad in the week we arrived kota kinabalu, so Jeff proposed to switch the sequence of Kinabalu Park and Poring Hot Spring as hot spring there is small hiking part where not suitable for raining. The morning started with sunny day and we managed to enjoy the small hiking with hot spring. Lunch we took opposite hot spring, malay restaurant with chinese style cooking, personally not use to the taste. The weather turned bad when visiting Desa farm. When arrived Kinabalu park(last point), it is raining, we had a short stay here. Probably will visit Kinabalu park if here again. For rafflesia it is not included, but Jeff managed to find one for us to visit. Before trip, Jeff did informed us some entrance fees will be needed, including the rafflesia. Thank you Jeff once again.

I had the pleasure of exploring Mount Kinabalu and experiencing the local wildlife. As a city girl, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and Jeff was an incredible guide! His explanations about Sabah's culture and its significance made me appreciate the region even more. The drive was smooth and he brought me around so that I could experience it fully! PS — he’s also a great photographer 🫢

We had a great time taking this tour. Victor was super informative and made sure that we were enjoying our trip Though, we experienced technical problems along the way, it didn't ruin the all-in-all experience. We recommend taking this package.

It was a really enjoyable trip. You get to hike around an UNESCO certified rain forest and also have a chance to see lots of local wild life at their natural habitat. it was a slow day for us but in the end we manage to spot quite a few different species. Our guide, Mr Chong, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure that we have the highest chance of getting a glimpse of the endemic birds. If you like nature and enjoys bird watching, just go for it.
