Things to do in Cradle Mountain

the guide was a local. it was a big group tour but the tour bus was not full. got to see a wombat from far. cradle mountain was nice but it’s a lot colder with strong winds, pack warmer before going! lunch provided was okay, there was a wrap with fruits and 2 cakes as well. hot drinks was also available.

Although the weather was not as expected, Earthly Beauty has a different scenery, it is too beautiful to be worth a visit, as for the tour guide is keen to introduce the history of Tasmania and the scenery of Cradle Mountain

The views are magnificent. Cradle Mountain is a must-go for anyone visiting Launceston. Our guide, David is funny and kept is entertained the entire trip.

Cradle Mountain has beautiful scenery, you can enjoy the natural landscape, a little unfortunately was more overcast and cloudy that day, relatively not so beautiful to take pictures. It is also relatively windy, it is recommended to bring an extra windbreaker. The tour guide explains the profession.

Very happy journey! It was very thoughtful to receive a confirmation email and a travel preparation list the next day after placing the order. We met at the designated location on time on the day of pick-up. The tour guide Tim was very kind and familiar with the history of Tasmania. He was very responsible in acting as our guide and driver throughout the trip, and would also arrange easier routes and pick-ups for tour members who were not physically fit enough according to different situations. Joining a local tour is more convenient than driving by yourself. You can also follow the locals on an in-depth tour and learn more about the local customs and culture. Very worth it!

This is a well-structured tour with enough time at each of the stops (although perhaps we could do with less at Waldheim and more at Dove Lake). Garry is an excellent and engaging guide who delivered plenty of information and kept us on track. My only quibble is the limited number of pickup stops (my nearest was a 15-minute walk).
