We booked the Aspira and were upgraded to the Azura - and let me tell you, it exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely amazing - the boat is immaculate, the rooms are luxurious, the food was spectacular and the staff go above and beyond. Thank you so much Azura for the experience of a lifetime!

it was indeed a mesmerising experience. We were super happy. our guide Kevin was so cooperative informative and full of fun. Loved every bit of it. The curated food to the kayak experience, the early morning sunrise to the cooking class with Kevin was fun and amazing. Totally recommend the tour. Ask for Kevin he ll help you to have a memorable experience.

Highly recommended! Beautiful landscapes, super fun kayaking, swimming and cycling around the island. Our guide Tony was super kind and friendly, even helped us book a taxi after the tour finished. My vegan friend also had lots of options to eat inside the ship, everything was delicious! I can’t even choose which part I loved the most

It was a memorable 2D1N cruise. Our guide Tommy is very attentive and addresses all our needs. Keeping us informed of upcoming activities and making sure everyone is ready. The cruise manager and his crews also made us feel at home on the cruise. Food is superb. Fine dining on a cruise 👍

We had a lovely overnight cruise experience from start to finish. The ship itself was small and felt like home — intimate, comfortable, well maintained, and impressively clean. The staff on board were polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always making sure we felt welcome. A special mention to our guide Victor, who made the experience even better. His English and communication skills were excellent, he was friendly and very helpful, and he was always accommodating with personal inquiries. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. As small suggestions, in cooler weather it would be nice to ask guests in advance who would like to swim, and perhaps allocate a bit more time for kayaking, as it was one of the highlights for all of us. It would also be great if tea, coffee, and water were complimentary with all meals served. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.

Went for a 2D1N cruise with my family of four.We had an enjoyable cruise trip.Staff from the pick up from Hanoi hotel to the crew members on board were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel pick up,instructions were clear.Staff will text you a day in advance to confirm location and time pick up. The Azura cruise is a new cruise probably less than a year old.Small and cosy cruise and we'll organise in term of check in,check out and dinning experience.Only thing i think could have been better will be to provide complimentary coffee and tea during the last day brunch.Not sure if it is due to resources constraints, coffee and tea are chargeable even at breakfast.Suggestion maybe can include the 1 cup per guest complimentary coffee and tea for the brunch service.

We had an amazing time. The food was delicious. The staff was kind and attentive. Shout out to the team leader, Vinny, and our favorite girl, Le Quyen, exceptional at helping us taking pictures, bringing us specialty dishes, desserts and make sure we got our drinks.

the stops at souvenirs shop during the transfer to and from Hanoi are awkward and could have been skipped. The junior suite that we stayed in is lovely but housekeeping need to be improved. Water heater's cable was broken, shower water heater only gave hot water, dust spotted everywhere. Room 301 has lovely balcony but it was located at the back of the boat, so gasoline smell can be overwhelming.
