You have to wait in the sky after getting on, and it will keep stopping and starting. It will circle three times in total before coming down.

Great museum! the collection was really fun to walk trough. With some interactive parts that you could explore with your shoes off. And some art you can just view. The building itself looks amazing as well with a nice view of victoria harbour. I would recommend, and take a bit more time then I did. we went for 1,5 hours but had to rush it.
