We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The therapist worked wonders on all my tension, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you need to unwind and reset, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here ASAP.

This activity is highly recommended for people who wants to try surfing. It's not just for beginners or first timers but as well for intermediate surfers. Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. LOVE LOVE LOOOOVED THIS CLASS! It was so good. Just book it! The store is so pretty and clean and boujee. The Teacher Ajene was amazing. She was so professional and helpful. I literally sniffed every bottle I think hahaha. She was great.

The environment is clean and comfortable, the space is very large, and the treatment is incredibly relaxing. Other massage places always make my nose feel stuffy, but this one doesn't. They even place a basin with essential oils under the bed to steam your nose, which is perfect for couples!

cute easy place to be with kids with indoor and outdoor play. food is ok.. drinks for adults could be awesome with some cocktail options (only wine and beer )

Good coaching by JO. He is very patient and waiting for the right wave for me to try. Even in the beginning I do not surf well but he assure me the falling in to the water is better than falling on the ground. In the end I was able to get a better feel on how to surf. Will come back in the future. They should improve facility for shower
