The environment is clean and comfortable, the space is very large, and the treatment is incredibly relaxing. Other massage places always make my nose feel stuffy, but this one doesn't. They even place a basin with essential oils under the bed to steam your nose, which is perfect for couples!

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVED THIS CLASS! It was so good. Just book it! The store is so pretty and clean and boujee. The Teacher Ajene was amazing. She was so professional and helpful. I literally sniffed every bottle I think hahaha. She was great.

We contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand, and they picked us up at our hotel. Since there was a mall nearby, they dropped us off there on the way back, and we enjoyed some food and shopping before taking a taxi home. I found the location to be very convenient. As this was my first massage, I can't technically compare it to other places, but it felt wonderful, and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

It was an amazing experience! We (a huge family of 16) booked for a 5.30pm slot and it was just perfect. We had time to take beautiful sunset photos as we requested the food to be served at 6pm. Staff were very friendly and warm, even helped to take photos. The food served was delicious too. Highly recommended.

If you are in Canggu area, don't miss out this place amd experience. We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.
