The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located. It is close to the train station and right near the city centre, making it very easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a great and convenient stay.

Walking distant to chinatown tram station, walking distance to Chinatown, World Square, Town Hall, QVB, Bus stations, Hyde Park, Darling Harbour and Coles is just infront. Perfect location!

This is a historic hotel. I stayed in a room with shared facilities, so I had to go outside the room to use the shower and toilet. However, the room did have a sink, which was convenient. The location is absolutely fantastic – you can walk to the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the train station is right next door. There's a bar on the first floor that's very popular! It's busy every night, but the patrons seem to be respectable professionals, so there's no fighting, trouble, or mess, which was reassuring. Still, since I was traveling with two children, it felt a bit funny walking through the bar with them to get to the elevator (especially since there's an '18+' sign at the entrance!). The price is incredibly cheap for Sydney, so I'm giving it 4.5 stars!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hacienda Sydney. The staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was clean and neat overall, although the rooms are quite small.
One thing to note is that housekeeping doesn’t clean the room every day automatically, you have to request it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service from the staff. Would definitely consider staying here again!
cleanliness: good
transport access: near the Redfern station (10-15mins walk)
breakfast: no breakfast service

Good location, easy to walk to Darling Habour. Got a good price on Klook compare to book on other platforms.

We had connecting rooms and they were clean. Location is great, near to Chinatown. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast was simple. Overall the stay was comfortable.
