The entire trip was well-organized and punctual. Our tour guide, Michael, he ensured that we were picked up on time and that we moved between each spot smoothly. One of the highlights for me was visiting the glow worm cave. It was like stepping into a dream! The cave was filled with tiny, twinkling lights—it felt magical. The sunset view was another unforgettable part of the trip. The scenery was simply breathtaking, and the moment felt so warm and romantic. Michael thoughtfully provided blankets and mats so we could sit comfortably and enjoy the view! But the best part of the trip was definitely the stargazing session. Michael brought along professional telescopes and guided us through the night sky like a true expert. He patiently showed us how to locate planets, constellations, and star clusters through the telescope, and even helped us spot Mars and the Southern Cross with our naked eyes. His passion and deep knowledge of astronomy made the experience truly special.

The tour guide was very good and nice. The itinerary was well arranged. The treetop tour was very special and a good experience. There are many specialty shops in the town. I bought crystals and the restaurant was delicious. The blue firefly cave and the small tropical rainforest were also good. Finally, we went to the wild kangaroo mountain, which was very special.

I recently had the pleasure of joining Mark's tour of the Natural Bridge and Springbrook Waterfall, and it was an unforgettable experience! Mark's knowledge of the area is exceptional; he shared fascinating insights about the local flora, fauna, and geology, making the tour both educational and entertaining. His friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for nature were infectious, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The tour was well-paced, allowing ample time for photos and exploration. We decided to join the half-day tour of blue light worms in the evening that morning. Luckily, my friend had an Australian phone number, so he was able to call the travel agency immediately to confirm that there were seats available before booking on Klook. The process was very smooth, and almost all the people in the group were from Hong Kong (including us) 🤣 The tour guide Daniel was very humorous, the chat was pleasant, and he also paid great attention to our safety during the night tour. The one we visited at night was a natural wild blue light worm, not the one in the artificial cave! So I’m very happy to see so many blue light bugs! In addition, there are also desserts and chocolates, which is very thoughtful. I captured a very beautiful starry sky, which was a perfect end to the night.

The original reservation was for a rainforest and firefly tour, but the itinerary did not include seeing fireflies, and the 45-minute rainforest skywalk. The rest of the time was spent on wine tasting and dining, so it was different from the program I participated in, which was a bit disappointing.

I participated alone, but the guide was very kind, and the Idleland family who traveled with me continued to take care of me, so I was able to look around comfortably and fun throughout the trip! The guide took pictures in between, chatted with me, and made me feel very comfortable! He had a lot of knowledge, so he told me various things about the tour and it was very informative. I was hesitant because it was a bit expensive, but I think it's a good tour because it includes coffee and alcohol for lunch!
