Very good location.There are two very good restaurants on the property. A supermarket is also connected to the hotel.

This hotel has the best views! You can fully enjoy the goodness of Hawaii in everything from the rooms to the cafe, the restaurant, and the pool. The hotel staff are all warm and helpful.

Neat hotel , 5 mins walk to Waikiki beach .

The location is great and easily accessible! The cafe in the hotel was also very delicious! I ate on the terrace.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for my one-day trip, so I frantically made a reservation the day before, but I was able to book an oceanfront room cheaper than other sites. Also, I requested a microwave in the comments, and they set it up as requested. The room was ready and I was able to check in after 12 PM, which was a great help.

During my stay, there were a few issues worth noting. Some staff interactions felt less accommodating than expected. At times, beach towels, lotion, and shampoo were unavailable. We also noticed termites in the room. Additionally, the desk phone was not working, and the AC thermostat appeared to be broken. These factors impacted overall comfort and convenience.

very good hotel service.. Injust don’t like the idea of mandatory fee where it supposedly be refundable.

It's old, but the cost performance is good!! Maybe because everyone washes the beach sand off in the bathtub, the bathtub was a little damaged. You can ask the front desk to bring a microwave!!
