The tour leader, David, is very responsible and helpful. He assists with filming, provides explanations along the way, drives very carefully, and allows sufficient time to explore the attractions.

Had a great tour with our friendly guide William! Though unable to visit the Maru Koala Zoo, I had a good time at the other spots.

Tour guide Curtis was very dedicated and attentive, and the itinerary was arranged very appropriately. During the process, he provided explanations in both Mandarin and English. Although the itinerary was rich, it wasn't rushed. Highly recommended!

The meeting place, Mail Exchange Hotel, is very convenient, but the hotel does not allow non-guests to use the restrooms, so prepare in advance. There were about 10 people on a tour bus, and Leelee was our leader and driver for the day, very proactive in explaining things and driving very safely. The animals in the zoo are very close, but it's best to go early in the morning, because when it's too hot, the kangaroos won't come to be fed. The koalas are also very cute. Unfortunately, you can't take pictures on Penguin Island, but the experience is very enjoyable. Remember to wear a lot of clothes, because it's very cold.

Our driver and guide, Tony, is quite professional and knowledgeable. As a guide, he managed to keep 31 people in the bus cooperative, which was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend this tour.
