My family’s visit to SciScape was so much fun. The exhibits are interactive and really engaging perfect for me and my two little girls. I especially loved how the staff were so friendly and accommodating they made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a unique learning adventure.

This was our 3rd stay at Elan. We only had minor issues this stay, which were cleared up quickly by the helpfull staff. First, we were given a room with twin beds upon check-in, and had to change it to a room with a queen size bed. Second, the shower was stuck between the hand held and overhead function. We had to call the front desk for assistance, because I did not want to force turn the knob and risk damaging it. Within 5 minutes, housekeeping was sent up and fixed the issue. Other than those issues, we had a plesant stay. Room was clean, internet was quick and reliable, bed was comfortable, AC was cold and location was great. Was not able to use the pool this stay because of the rain and do not know if the hot tub was operational yet. We recommend Elan for an affordable staycation across from Greenhills. Will stay again in the future.

The place is very spacious and has a nice ambiance. The food selection is okay. When it comes to their hotpot, there are other restaurants that taste better, but this one is still fine. I really enjoyed the dessert section because there were plenty of options. I just hope they can improve the time slots since it’s only either 11:00 AM or 5:30 PM, and you’re not allowed to be late, which is a bit too early for lunch or dinner. Overall, the experience was okay, and I would still recommend this place.

The view of the room as soon as you walk in. There's something like a cot, and I was looking at it, thinking, "Oh no, is that the bed I have to sleep in...?" I almost got sad. But it turns out there was a separate bedroom inside, haha.
