Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. As soon as you book, they contact you quickly, and they also send a reminder the day before. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and professional, using a GoPro to take many photos and videos for us. During breaks, they also used a camera to capture moments, and the quality was excellent! Highly recommended.

The beach was beautiful, and the itinerary was well-paced. The driver was waiting for us at the harbor, guided us to the snorkeling spot, and managed the time perfectly, getting us back to the harbor by 5 PM. The driver enthusiastically took photos for us and even purchased tickets in advance, making for a very hassle-free trip.

We had a great experience during our trip to Nusa Penida. Our driver, COKIE, was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole journey.
He followed our requests on where we wanted to go and never rushed our itinerary, which made the trip very relaxing and enjoyable. He also kindly helped us take photos at the attractions, which we really appreciated. 🥰 He even give us a souvenir～
