This trip, I met a guide named Do Tan Phong and we traveled together. The route and time were planned really well, so it was a really enjoyable start to the trip. The guide is really kind and cute. He is a local guide, but he speaks Korean well, and thanks to him, it was a really enjoyable tour. Tan Phong and his friends ate, and after the tour, he told us about good restaurants and good massage places, so it was a really happy trip. He kindly answered all my questions, and I don't think there's a guide like him. Tan Phong really does his bestㅎㅎ I want to travel with Tan Phong again. In conclusion, our guide Do Tan Phong is the best👍 If Tan Phong comes to Korea, I'll guide you for free. I highly recommend the tour.

This is an absolute must try experience in Phong Nha! The coaster was comfortable, and our tour guide Andy truly elevated the entire trip. His great sense of humor and stories about Phong Nha kept everyone entertained and engaged throughout the day. He made sure each guest felt well taken care of. Lunch was a surprise! Very generous in portion and thoughtfully prepared with vegetarian options available. As for the caves, absolutely breathtaking! We were given plenty of time to explore and enjoy the natural beauty without feeling rushed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phong Nha!

We used it as a small group of 8 people from two families with active and professional guides Windy and Wave, and it was nice that they kindly taught us how to snorkel. My family, who has poor eyesight, brought prescription goggles and there was also a snorkel that attaches to the goggles, so we had fun snorkeling. You can use the mask-type snorkel provided until your visual acuity is -4. We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!

This cruise is the best choice you can make. They take care of everything and are very friendly. The food are good and the activities were great. Prepare yourself for the cave hiking its a long way and a bit crowded but the views inside are worth it. Shoutout to our Tour Guide Johnny, he is the best, very patient, friendly and outgoing.

We really enjoyed this tour which we choose mainly for the rice paper making. Originally booked as a small group but as no one else booked it, it turned into a private tour. we were well looked after by Sam and all our hosts. got to try making rice paper, snake wine, banana wine, coconut candy, puffed rice and see how these were all made. Delicious lunch which catered to me not eating fish or seafood. Toilets were clean and available in a regular basis. Drinks also readily available. The other unexpected bonus of a private tour was time - we were back in HCMC in time to visit a market before dinner. Would absolutely recommend.
