Things to do in Wineglass Bay

Had an incredible time on the recen.tour to Freycinet National Park. The landscapes and views are stunning and completely worth it. What really made the trip stand out was our guide, Gray. He was highly informative, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience. I learned a lot about the area and felt well taken care of.

We are lucky get to see Aurora on the 1st day and in fact can also be seen on the rest of the trips.

The scenery at Wineglass Bay is absolutely stunning, but the most commendable aspect of this tour was our guide, Tammy. She was energetic, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local culture and history. Highly recommended.

This was a fun day tour, and I definitely have to give 10 likes to our tour guide, Tammy! She was witty and energetic, bringing us so much joy and a deep understanding of the area. The view of Wineglass Bay was incredibly special and beautiful. This tour does require a bit of hiking, but it's absolutely worth it.

Planned trip for those who cant drive or dun want to drive a long way. Weather was nice in winter which is nice for hiking.

We'll meet around 8 AM in front of Myer in Hobart. We'll stop at a picnic area for lunch, or you can visit a coffee shop. We'll arrive at Wineglass Bay around 1 PM. The round trip drive is about 3 hours each way, and the hike will take a little over two hours. The tour guide will not join the hike. There will be a restroom break every hour during the drive. Please make sure to manage your time well for hiking and taking photos. For particularly vibrant photos, good weather is essential. Using a coupon will make it more affordable. Before the tour ends, the guide will collect a $5 AUD cash tip. We'll arrive back in the city around 6:30 PM.

It was a very enjoyable and comprehensive trip around the island. We had a good variety of activities and landscapes to explore: mountains, beaches, rainforests, sand dunes. The weather was amazing too, which made the experience even better. Our guide Jason was a very good driver and guide throughout the entire trip, making sure we’re always on time and safe. Highlights were definitely Cradle Mountain and Bays of Fire.
