the apartment is conveniently located near KSL mall. it is a new condo, so there are still ongoing renovations and dust around. the soundproof is not very good, and it'll be noisier if you have inconsiderate neighbours. the staffs are friendly, and takes in feedback too. you can message them anytime and you'll get their response.

Location was a slight distance away from the JB Sentral complex. The downside is if you're not driving, the shopping complexes are all a little far to walk. The upside if you are driving is, you have sheltered carpark in the building. There are decent food options just across the street within walking distance, and if you were going to Grab to go anywhere, being here is fine.

Had a great experience in Trove! Located in the heart of JB City. The room and amenities were more than sufficient. Appreciate that there’s access to unlimited drinking water and hot water for cup noodles. Netflix is also available even in the cheapest room and the view is pretty good. Love the cafe at the lobby too cos they serve the best Spanish Latte. They also have a So Car at the carpark. Overall, when u are bored of KSL and want some place more quiet, choose Trove JB.

Rooms are bright and clean. Plus points with connecting rooms available that are suitable for families. Good location for those who wants to shop at KSL and nearby malls.

The room is spacious, comes with water filter and smart TV with such good price. The breakfast buffet options are varied. All in all great!
