We were originally scheduled to take the Alice, but due to some technical issues with the Alice, we were upgraded to the Dolphin for free! 😍 I highly recommend the Dolphin. The boat is clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and the buffet food quality is superb! 😆👍 A special thanks to our tour guide, Xiao Wang, who did his best to take care of every guest. We don't speak Vietnamese, but he tried his best to translate using Chinese. Overall, it was an excellent experience! 😍🙈

I participated in Luke's tour. It was one of the best tours I've ever been on in terms of hospitality. When I mentioned there was no bus for my return, he arranged one for me, and he explained things in simple English since I'm not very proficient. There were 85 participants, but I was the only Japanese person.

I highly recommend Lucy! she’s very attentive and helpful, super funny and she makes all her customers feel welcomed. she calls us ‘family’. Crew members are very kind and the food was decent too. Cocktails could use some work but other than that, I really enjoyed my day! ♥️

I had a very exciting experience! The speedboat, in particular, was incredibly fun and only cost about 1500 yen extra per person, so it's definitely a must-do if you take this tour! For kayaking, your lower body will get wet, so I recommend wearing a swimsuit or bringing a change of clothes. It was cloudy this time, but I'm sure it would be absolutely amazing if the weather were good! In early spring, the deck can be a bit chilly, so it's a good idea to bring a light jacket. Insect repellent is also recommended!

😍🏝⛰️I had a truly wonderful experience on the Sunlight Grand Day Cruise! The entire day was well-organized, from the limousine transfer to the stunning stops at Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island.😍🫰🫡 A special shout-out to our guide, Hai, who was incredibly friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The itinerary was perfect, and the food options (especially the Indian veg/non-veg set menu) were a great touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi
