The tour starts with a guide explaining the history of gondolas and Venice. The guide speaks fluent English, and the content is high-quality. Despite the crowds of tourists in Venice, the guide makes sure everyone stays with the group. The explanation lasts about 20 minutes, and the boat ride is about half an hour.

Great way to experience the Famous Gondola ride (along the narrow canals and on the grand canal) The VR experience is informative. Must be at the meeting point 10mins before the ride. But if you prefer a solo or private ride this is not for you. The Gondola can ride 5people in total.

The exhibits are impressive, and the scenery is beautiful. Having an e-ticket allows for quick entry without queuing. You can take your time inside, but there are many stairs and not much seating, so it may not be suitable for elderly visitors.

Elena was a great tour guide and she is Venetian herself. The tour was smooth except you must confirm with the agency about the meeting point. I met up late due to an uncommunicated change in meet up point.
