The actual experience was better than expected. We arrived in the morning to check in, and originally had to wait until 1:00 PM for a room, but the front desk was accommodating and allowed us to check in immediately. It was very thoughtful service. The room was new and quite spacious, and it's very close to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk. Overall, I'm very satisfied! The room was nice and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. I loved that there was also drinking water for free and the amenities are complete. location is also good, my room even had a nice view

very good location and clean amenities. its quite small compared to other budget hotels that i’ve been to but definitely a nice place to stay. best for short travels where you need to go to the different parts of Singapore.

The hotel is located downtown, near Singapore Management University, with a strong cultural and educational atmosphere. Just downstairs are multiple subway and bus lines, making transportation very convenient. Even without transportation, you can quickly reach nearby Orchard Road, Bugis, Clarke Quay, Fort Canning Park, the National Museum and Art Gallery, Chijmes, and other attractions by walking. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the environment is comfortable and has bright floor-to-ceiling windows, making it a great place to rest. The hotel staff is friendly and can communicate in Mandarin, making it worth visiting again.

Love, love this place! Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre was an excellent choice, especially since we were traveling with senior parents. The hotel was comfortable, accessible, and very convenient after long days of sightseeing. I highly recommend getting Club Access. We don’t usually eat heavy dinners, so the evening snacks and refreshments at the lounge were perfect for us to relax and recharge after day trips. It became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is also fantastic — very close to Somerset MRT, and you can comfortably walk through Orchard malls at a relaxed, air-conditioned pace, which is ideal for seniors. Overall, a very enjoyable and stress-free hotel experience. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness: Clean, but some hard-to-reach high places or small areas had a little dust, but it didn't affect the quality of stay. Service: Staff were friendly and kind, and child-friendly. Breakfast: The breakfast menu varied, which was nice for a multi-day stay. Hotel location: Close to the MRT station and shopping malls, convenient for transportation, eating, drinking, and shopping.
