It was cheaper to buy tickets than to get there, but it happened to encounter road maintenance, Brisbane to Gold Coast round trip had an impact, to allow an extra hour.

The experience was amazing and the crew were very attentive. We were very lucky on the session we went and saw many whales!

Woke up in the wee hours of the morning, but the hot-air drivers/staff are so fun and kind that it lights up your morning :) They are very clear about the dos and do-nots, and we feel very lucky to have gone with them for our first hot-air balloon ride ever - our hot-air balloon operator was very knowledgeable, funny and extremely skilled. The scenery from the balloon was magical at sunrise. We also had a great time packing the balloon together after with the others, and a great meal and time at the alpaca farm with the alpacas and cute ducks. Highly recommended and would want to go sometime again :)

We had such an awesome time flying and looking at the beautiful scenery. Our session was rescheduled due to strong winds, but Jasmyn had been really kind and helpful in making the timings/day work for our trip - much appreciated! The staff on the boat were also incredibly skilled, nice and fun people! Highly recommended and a must-try! :)

The team contacted me a day ago to confirm pick up time and location once again just because we staied at Hilton, center of surfers paradise, it can get messy is the middle of night. To keep safe, the team asked me to stay in the lobby. The driver, Richard, arrived early to pick me up that day. He is a funny guy and very professional, he explained what will happend, some safety guidelines. when we arrived the hot air ballon site, the whole team is setting up things. The team is professional, the one drive the ballon is very experienced, giving us a steady ride.

The purpose of coming to the Gold Coast is to play in the water at the beach. Canoeing is fun but requires physical strength. I almost didn't have the strength to get back to the starting point after sliding to the back. Snorkeling and feeding fish are good experiences, but the fish are not as colorful as I imagined.
