The room was clean, the hotel staff were all very good, and the transportation was convenient. The only drawback was the lack of bottled water, but they provided a kettle to fill up in the lobby, which was a little inconvenient. Toothbrushes need to be brought.

We got an upgraded room on the highest floor. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are well mannered as well.

The main door on the first floor opens automatically, which is unique! The service staff at the front desk are friendly and enthusiastic, and they specifically told us about delicious restaurants nearby.

Please let your receptionist (woman) with browned -long hair color to be more polite. We were excited to stay in your hotel but the first impression we got from her was not good as she wasn't even smiling and greeting. Over all, we liked our stay. Location wise and the staff who cleans is super kind.

We tried this hotel for 3 nights. Good location, not too far from the mongkok MTR station, shopping and eating places. Room was adequate size, not big but not too small. Clean and modern. They serve bread, coffee and juice at the second floor. Worth considering if your plan includes a lot of shopping in the mongkok area.
