Things to do in Niagara Falls State Park

The small group tour was great, and the waterfall was truly magnificent. Our guides, Sunny and Jackson, were so thoughtful. Sunny worked hard driving all day, and we appreciate Sunny taking care of us.😊

Louis and Hugo were great! The trip was a wonderful experience for my family even thought it was short. 👍🏻 A tip for anyone booking a group tour: Listen to your tour guides and be considerate of the other passengers' time. Be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting times for each stop!!

Our tour guide, Alex, was very dedicated and explained the history thoroughly, and we could really feel her passion for her work. The driver, Sameer, also drove at a comfortable speed. If you don't participate in the boat tour, there's plenty of free time. It's a shame that the time spent in Niagara-on-the-Lake was a bit short; it might be a tight squeeze to get to the spots shown in the itinerary photos. Otherwise, everything was great!

I was planning to go to Niagara Falls alone, but realized there was a lot to consider, so I decided to book a tour. I'm so glad I did, and I highly recommend it! It was much more relaxing to focus solely on sightseeing without worrying about transportation or the itinerary. I also highly recommend taking the cruise. You get so close it feels like you're going right through the waterfall, and even with a raincoat on, the spray comes down like a downpour. It was incredibly refreshing and invigorating, perfect for experiencing when the weather is warm like it is now. The falls themselves were magnificent, but there was also a street nearby with a small theme park-like atmosphere, which was fun to explore. I was also very grateful for the guide and driver, who greeted us kindly every time we saw them.😊

The weather was very bad on the day of our tour. It rained pretty heavily throughout but our guide was so good and patient and gave us ponchos to use until we got the Maid of the Mist ones. He gave us good tips on where to stand on the Maid of the Mist to get the best photos. He also told interesting stories along the way and bought us trolley tickets so we wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. He helped us to take really nice group photos. On our own, we would have struggled in those wet conditions but our guide made it all possible so just glad that we did the tour.

My husband and I unexpectedly received a private tour. The guide was super friendly. Niagara Falls is an unforgettable experience.
