The 1 Avenue hotel got a good service and the room is clean. Easy access with the Mamak shop if your Hungry in the midnight. nearby in Bandar Utama Mall.

While the facilities are old, the overall open-air design creates a great atmosphere and a resort-like feel. The breakfast also features an open kitchen where you can have egg dishes made to your liking. The pool is spacious enough for children to play in and includes a slide and bridge for added fun. For longer stays, the lack of a washing machine was inconvenient, although there is a cleaning service available. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It was great coming back here for another business trip in KL. As always the staffs were great and access to Starling mall. The Hokkien mee across was amazing too :)

Smooth check-in, friendly staffs, spacious and clean room. My kids enjoyed kayaking in the big pool. Recommended for family with kids! :)
