Ha Long Bay cruises

Received very helpful details on whatsapp the day before, including instructions and photos on how to find the Ambassador Lounge in the Port building, which was very helpful since the port was chaotic and full of tourists. The Ambassador lounge was spacious and comfortable to wait in. Highly recommend getting a cabin on the ship, though not sure the cabin upgrade we got from Ambassador upon check-in was worth it. It was a very large vessel and we were joined by a large group on a different tour. We also went to the spa on the cruise as an add-on, it was so-so and a bit overpriced. Buffet staff are great and attentive. It was very hot outside, so having the cabin was helpful. I’d recommend not to go during the summer. All things considered, highly recommend booking this via this Klook operator.

This is my favorite activity during our recent visit to Vietnam. Due to the typhoon, our original trip was rescheduled to a later date. Everyone made sure that our needs are met. We appreciate our tour guide Tuan and our driver Dong because they made sure that we are on time and safe during our travels. We definitely recommend this tour with sunlight grand cruise. The limousine bus was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet was delicious!!

I went with my parents in their 60s and my brother! Our tour guide, Tien-san (Nagatomo-san), was so energetic that we had a blast all day long, forgetting about any fatigue!!! His Japanese is also very good, and he played music and encouraged us during the mountain climb ^_^ I would absolutely request him again when I go to Vietnam next time, he was the best!!!! Even seniors can choose to tour the islands more safely by a larger boat if they don't want to kayak! At Titop Island, you can choose between the sea and the mountain. The mountain is a bit challenging, but it's about a 10-minute climb up the stairs. Since the sea is right down the stairs, we were able to enjoy swimming within the time limit! We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!

Celebrated my birthday at Ha Long Bay and Diamond Day Cruise is totally worth it. Budget-friendly. Clean cruise. Friendly tour guides and organized. So many options for the foods. They have DJ while watching the sunset at the rooftop deck. All in all it’s a great experience to explore Ha Long Bay with Diamond Day Cruise. Thank you so much. Me and my friends enjoyed a lot and definitely it’s one for the books. ☺️

Amazing cruise ship. Clean and modern interior/decor. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony where you get to wake up to a beautiful view of the Halong bay. Staff were so friendly and accommodating during meal times. A great selection and tasty food which we were very impressed. activities on the programme were fun and this trip was our highlight of being in Hanoi. we wished we did two nights. highly recommend!! Because we saw some bad reviews about other companies on Klook, we were also worried about joining a scam tour. Fortunately, after careful selection, we chose Iris Cruise! The whole day’s itinerary exceeded our expectations! The round-trip transportation from Hanoi was very comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly! We especially loved Fatima and Linh’s greetings and warm smiles~ And worth mentioning—every time we came back from the islands, they had cold towels ready for us, which really saved me!! The food are also good! I truly enjoyed today’s journey—it was such a happy experience and absolutely worth recommending!! Next time we come, Iris will definitely be our first choice. P.S. A heartfelt review!

Ken is a really awesome tour guide and would accommodate us to our needs when neccessary. He is knowledgable on the history of the places we visited. We had lots of fun in this tour. I would reccommend taking the jet ski/speed boat at one of the location as it covers many different areas that would take 2 days to go around (if taken by a cruise). The places that we went to were very beautiful too but unfortunately it was a bit foggy up the mountain.
