Awesome experience! Finally got to jump after two cancellations due to bad weather.
No need to worry about fear of heights — you won’t even have time to be scared, because your instructor will take you straight out of the plane. After just a couple of seconds, you'll be fully enjoying the free fall — and that’s the best part!

The whole experience, from check-in, explanation, dressing, to live shooting, was completed in just 40 minutes, which is quite different from the scheduled time. It feels like it hasn't been open for long, and they are not yet familiar with tourists and field control quality. On this trip, since everyone who checked in was Asian, the staff didn't even bother to explain and just played a Chinese video 😅. But one advantage is that there are cute sheep to see across the street 🐑.

It was a lovely experience with a thorough and reassuring briefing and drive-by walkthroughs at the start of the experience before we did any actual cycling. The route was straightforward, safe and incredibly scenic and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
We appreciated that the equipment and cycling gear was fairly well maintained and clean, and that the guide gave us recommendations for our lunch stops along the way. We also appreciated the ease of ending the activity; just lock our bikes at a parking station at Wanaka and we were free to proceed with the rest of our day!

The Illusion Room is really fun, but the maze requires a lot of patience, which we do not have. Generally, it is a good purchase at half price. I would recommend people with kids

The weather was originally great, but it started getting very windy right before we boarded. The whole boat was rocking back and forth. The captain tried his best to navigate to a more stable area, and we started enjoying the cheese platter and drinks. It's a shame because it would have been even better with good weather.

Superb views and facilities! Our whole family enjoyed the 5-room villa that has a wonderful living area with electric fireplace to warm up and gather.

Room and ensuite toilet is spacious enough.
Kitchen has enough appliances and cups etc. there is warm water for shower and wash hand basin.
