the package is very good. I received the email for the information detail of the tour, a day before the departure date. I texted the tour guide to confirm and respond is fast. we gathered and departed the bus and the whole trip as per planned. there’s coffee and light bites offered complimentary in the bus by the tour guide. they’re professional explained in detail of each attraction points. We got our surprise gift from them before leaving the bus - photos took in Hallstatt. I would highly recommended this package to those who want to travel to Hallstatt and Salzburg.

A very good package to cover Hallstat on high level. wish there was enough flexibility to stay at hallstat for further more time, so that we could properly enjoy the place, but nevertheless the pricing is decent for the service.

Guide Peter was engaging and provided good commentary to get everyone in the Sound of Music mood. there are singin onboard which makes it more enjoyable. It was a very warm day but driver kept us all cool and safe. Recommended but book early to avoid disappointment.

Khader and Jessin was great and brought us to 4 areas instead of the 3 mentioned in the itinerary. They know the weather very well and advised us to be well dressed for the occasion. A snack pack of cookies and water was provided too for the journey. We originally had some hiccups with Regards to our pickup but they were all settled nicely. do note to have a full meal in the morning because of the distance between each place and the crowd, we did not have much time to settle down for a full meal.

It was an enjoyable trip to Salzburg. We saw beautiful scenery and ate tasty food. We were lucky to have Lucia of Radius Tours as the guide with us. She is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Recommend.

We had an incredible day exploring Hallstatt and Wolfgang and St. Gilgen, and the experience was made absolutely perfect by our guide and driver, Mido. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of Austria.
Mido arrived right on time with a spotless, comfortable vehicle and immediately made us feel welcome. Along the journey, he shared fascinating local history, fun stories, and insider tips you would never get from a typical tour.
What truly stood out was how personalized he made the trip. He never rushed us, gave us great recommendations for local food and coffee, and took amazing photos for us along the way.

4 of us private tour and our driver as tour guide Mr Mido was very friendly and knowledgeable. we enjoyed all the way and hallstatt is a beautiful place, and with the efficient time we able to ride the boat for 1 hour £17.50 per ppl, thanks to Klook that made our dreams come true.

Salzburg is beautiful, seeing birthplace of MoZart and where scenes of Sound of Music were filmed, just perhaps a bit too touristy with crowds galore on a Saturday. The Wolfgangsee Lake tour makes up the price of package - listening to songs of Sound of Music while you travel through the lake in 45 minutes.
