Inner Mongolia Multi-day tours

Our 5-day trip to Yinchuan and Zhongwei, Ningxia, concluded perfectly. Traveling with elders and two young children, I was initially worried about a complicated and tiring itinerary. Fortunately, we met our incredibly thoughtful travel butler, Xiao Liang. Xiao Liang was attentive and caring throughout the journey, preparing a generous fruit platter and desert shoe covers in advance, ensuring we were well-prepared. He patiently explained the local culture and history along the way. When we spontaneously decided we wanted to visit the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, Xiao Liang actively coordinated, re-planned our route, flexibly adjusted the itinerary, and did his best to fulfill our wish. The vast desert offered endless beautiful scenery. At night, we encountered a romantic Perseid meteor shower in the desert, with meteors streaking across the night sky, leaving particularly precious memories for the whole family. The entire trip was relaxing and wonderful. We are grateful for Xiao Liang's dedicated companionship and arrangements. I truly recommend him for anyone visiting Ningxia!

Master Liang Dongsheng was incredibly attentive and caring these past few days. He arranged everything perfectly, and his driving skills were excellent, making our trip very enjoyable. He provided detailed explanations for all the attractions we visited. We had two elderly individuals in our group, and he took wonderful care of them. We rate his service 100 out of 100; he is a highly competent tour guide and driver. Our concierge, Ling'er, also made excellent arrangements and promptly resolved any issues, ensuring our journey was very smooth.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Master Cai as our driver for the entire Hexi Corridor trip. He was professional and reliable, driving smoothly and safely, and was very familiar with the road conditions and details of all the attractions. He has a deep understanding of the history and culture along the Dunhuang and Qilian routes, and could eloquently describe the local customs and traditions along the way. He proactively shared many practical local tips, helping us avoid potential pitfalls. He flexibly adjusted the pace of the itinerary based on our preferences, never rushing us, and managed our time perfectly. He is easygoing and meticulous, taking excellent care of us throughout the journey. His driving was steady, making the entire experience exceptional. Our youngest traveler rated him 200 out of 100!

Transportation choice: The SUV for 2 people was fantastic. Accommodation choice: Overall, it was still very good. Attractions: Every attraction was beautiful. Itinerary: The planning was extremely well-designed. Tour guide: Reliable and good.

First, I'd like to thank Klook for arranging an excellent itinerary for us. The scenery along the way was beautiful. We started in Hailar, returned to Hailar from Manzhouli, completing a loop that included the Card Line and wetlands. We enjoyed the journey at a relaxed pace, never feeling tired. Second, the hotels chosen in Hulunbuir were all high-end, but the facilities and services there couldn't quite keep up. My comments below are about the hotel services and facilities, and are not related to Klook or our driver. On the first day, we stayed at the Hailar Nijijin Hotel. The rooms were old, and the quilts and pillows had an odor. Around 7 AM, a staff member directly opened our room door, realized she had made a mistake, and muttered to herself, "Oh, how did I get it wrong?" She left without a single apology. I've stayed in hotels for many years and have never experienced anything like this. The breakfast was cold, not even passable. Traveling with a child, we had no choice but to eat at the KFC next door. On the second day, we stayed at the Muyun Mountain Top Hotel. Aside from the room being too small, the scenery, dining, and service were all excellent. 👍. On the third day, we stayed in an Enhe log cabin, which was very unique and supposedly the best hotel in the area. However, you could only shower for 10 minutes, then had to wait half an hour. What era is this, to still have such water heaters? It was completely speechless 🙄. Dining in town was convenient, but generally expensive, though the taste was decent, so it was acceptable. On the fourth day, we stayed in a yurt at the Wulanshan Resort Camp, which is also considered a high-end hotel. The scenic area shuttle bus was unwilling to help guests take luggage to their rooms, telling guests to have their own driver do it or walk themselves. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but they acted like they were. There wasn't even milk for breakfast, and the pastries were rock-hard. There wasn't even a butler, and if you wanted one, you had to pay extra. It was a bad look; they want to make money but have a terrible attitude. Besides the scenery, everything else was awful, with no sense of service at all. On the fifth day, we stayed at the Matryoshka Hotel. The space was large, and the service was good, but the air conditioning never got cool. The staff were very nice and brought a portable air cooler, but it didn't make much difference. Each of these hotels had its drawbacks. If these are considered high-end hotels, then they have a long way to go to develop. We've been to so many places and stayed in so many hotels, both affordable and high-end, but we've never seen hotels that are both expensive and lack service like these. The above is my honest review of the hotels. Finally, the scenery was great, and our driver, Dai Longfei, was excellent—enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a skilled driver. Klook's customer service was very good; they responded promptly to any issues and handled problems flexibly. A big thumbs up 👍!

The itinerary was well-planned, and our driver-guide, Sister Zhou, was very skilled. She drove smoothly and took us to many local specialty restaurants. She was also very attentive to the elderly members of our group throughout the trip. Next time, I'll definitely choose a customized tour again; it's so hassle-free!

trip to tengger desert we are 5 peoples in a good car starting from pickup lobby until drop off in our hotel is fabolous especially driver so helpfull and driving safely .. this tour is recommended!

Golden grass, endless sky, and a yurt where the wind sings you to sleep, that is Hulunbuir in autumn. Over six magical days, we wandered along the graceful winding Morigele River, took in Ergun wetlands glowing in the autumn light, and rode horses across the open steppe with local Mongolians, feeling truly free. Watching the dance of horses performance was an eye-opening introduction to Mongolian culture, full of skill and rhythm. Our guide 朱春宇 made it even better. Warm, knowledgeable, and always attentive, he made us feel like welcomed guests rather than tourists. If you want unforgettable views and a real taste of Mongolian culture, don't hesitate. Highly recommended!
